Welcome To Stress Alternatives

 

The aim of this website is to provide you with simple ways of improving your emotional well being without having to resort to medication or expensive, time consuming therapy.

The simple methods are taken from conventional psychological theories and traditional and developing new age, alternative well being philosophies. The beauty of this approach is that you can learn the techniques in private to help you cope with whatever life throws at you.

I offer plenty of advice without charge to get you started with this empowering approach, such as my free e book download, articles on self help, my blog and useful links to other self help resources. My recordings to tackle problem areas make it as easy as it gets to make deep internal changes, and are available as instant downloads or CDs. My 'How not to' blog is being built up as a fun, light hearted way of getting advice NOT to follow for good mental health!

I also offer individual consultations and use homeopathic treatment and flower essences to complement these methods. This approach is suitable for anyone who wants their life to improve, as it increases inner strength so we can feel better able to cope in general, whether we  simply want to get out of our comfort zones, improve relationships and confidence, or our health has been affected and we want to avoid or get off antidepressants and other medication*.
