ABOUT LIZ TEMPLE

Liz has been a qualified mental health nurse for 25 years and a homeopath for 10years.

She has been working in the British NHS in community mental health in primary care for

14 years. She became the first certified ZPoint Practitioner in Scotland.

She also recently qualified to do Access Consciousness Bars Sessions.

She has combined many good quality tried and tested* methods in her work with individuals,

such as EFT theories, mindfulness, visualisation, and deep relaxation, positive thinking and appreciation techniques.

She has always been fascinated by self help techniques and feels it is the best way for

anyone to feel empowered, including herself. All the techniques on this website are

personally used by her!

In her personal life, she is privileged to be a mother of 3 beautiful children, though hasn't perfected the art of housework yet!

She is always thinking, but it's less of a 'curse' than it used to be.
