What Else is Possible?

This is a set of practical tools, verbal and body processes that help us to expand our awareness of our own intuitive knowledge or our own ‘inner wisdom’, often cut off by growing up and living in this world.  

As  we go through our lives we take on beliefs, judgements, conclusions and points of view either through experience or through what we have taken on from others’ realities, that then become  ‘set in stone’,  creating no other possibilities. From all this comes all of our pain, i.e. our painful thoughts, emotions and body reactions as well as our realities.

We ‘align or agree’ with others’ point of view or ‘resist and react’. This is what creates the judgement and pain. Its not that judgement is wrong but that carrying it on and refusing to change it or see other possibilities, even after it stops benefiting us, might limit our choice of having a great life.

Points of view create our reality, not the other way round.

Much of the processes are based on asking questions that bring up awareness of ‘an energy’. We don’t need to answer the question but it points to these unconscious blocks that we then decide to let go of.  I see it like reaching into a bag of rocks we have inadvertently taken on without having to figure out why they are there and just throwing them out, lightening our load.

Here are some of the simple questions that you can try straight away that can really start to change you: Remember that you don’t have to bother finding the answer as that will bring us to conclusion, which is finite.

When you feel any emotional difficulty, ask:

“How does it get any better than this?” or

“Who does that belong to?” It’s suggested if this is done for 3 days you can get rid of most of your negative thoughts. Then return it to the sender with consciousness. The assumption that 98% of your thoughts are not your own!  or

“What else is possible?”

When we want to make a decision or find out what is true for us:

A lie for you will feel heavy and the truth will feel light (including this!).  This might feel difficult to gauge to begin with. It might feel like an internal ‘yes’ or ‘no’.

Ask “What else is possible?” (As above!)

When you feel yourself resisting another’s point of view:

Say to yourself: “Interesting point of view, I have this point of view”. There’s no need to have a particular formed point of view. In fact keep repeating it till it feels light.  

When you have self doubt:

Ask “What’s right about me I’m not getting?”

When you want to have something else in your life?

Ask: What would it take for it to show up?

Then say ‘Everything that doesn’t allow that to occur. I am now willing to destroy and uncreate that’.

No need to get an answer straight away but be open to it coming as ideas, opportunities and choices.

Make a demand for change….to the universe!
