ANGER AND FRUSTRATION SELF HELP COURSE BY LIZ TEMPLE
This course is the first of a series of 'part 2s' of the book offered free on this website, 'You can Pull Yourself Together-How to be Your Own Internal Therapist'. It introduces Liz's thoughts on anger and frustration and all it's variations. It helps the reader to recognise the signs that they have a problem with anger and includes two ZPoint exercises to help dissipate the feelings so the usual triggers will not bother us.
