This concise 38 page book has been inspired by conventional psychological theories, such as behavioural methods, and good alternative traditional and new age well being philosophies, such as mindfulness. The exercises are designed to make a big difference to your emotional state, and are based on ZPoint methods. They use intention and simple visualisation, but could be easily used with another relaxation or energy therapy, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique®), though ZPoint is the recommended method.
